We use the latest in high tech software to meet your sheet metal fabrication needs. Our software includes AutoCAD, Autodesk Mechanical Desktop with Sheet Metal Package, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, Merry Mechanization SMP/IS, and MetalSoft FabriTRAK. With our solid modeling capability, we can ensure that many parameters such as fit between assemblies and formability are within specifications. This occurs before actual fabrication begins, so we can eliminate wasted time and money during fabrication.

Our entire workflow is automated from start to finish to achieve maximum efficiency and precision results, with each step of the fabrication process supervised by mechanical engineers and sheet metal experts with decades of experience. Laser Cutting Capabilities

Your metal cutting needs can be met with high quality and short lead times using one of York Haven Fabricators’ two lasers. Cutting from the lightest gauge up to 3/8” aluminum and stainless, and 1/2 ” cold rolled steel, automated processes allow for 24/7 operation. The latest software facilitates translating client designs into laser operation quickly and accurately.
